Dr. Bains attended the University of Colorado where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and graduated top of her class. Dr. Bains is an active member of the California Dental Association and American Dental Association.

Dr. Bains lives in Yuba City, California with her husband and two kids. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and traveling!
